DESCRIPTION:We need to repair the stem post\, and potentially more rot dama
 ged parts at the stern\, as we discover them. The iron keel ballast will b
 e removed and probably sanded. On top of this activity which will be mostl
 y handled by "real" shipwrights\, we need to give some attention to the de
 ck (sanding\, redo the seams\, varnish with wood stain) and review everyth
 ing on top of the mast. And then their is the regular maintenance ... We w
 ould like to limit Sheila drying time to 4 months. Wish us 'bon courage" !
